My Lifestyle Change with G-Plan

Hi Prepsters,

I was receiving a lot of emails from you guys about my weight loss, so I thought I would talk about it on my blog. As you may or may not have noticed on my Instagram I have lost a little bit of weight and I've changed some of my lifestyle habits. In the beginning of January I noticed that I wasn't as fit as I used to be and I no longer was paying attention to what I was eating. Being a part of the blogging and fashion industry meant I was being invited to lots of events, something I am grateful for, however, at the same time because of these events, I was putting on weight because of the food options that were generally presented in front of me. I also felt obliged to eat at these events so I could keep PR companies happy.

On my blog as you know I talk about healthy behaviour for both the mind and the body, but in January I noticed that I was neither happy nor healthy. I was feeling lethargic, and didn't have the energy to go out and do things that I used to love to do. I was introduced to G-Plan around March and I decided to research it before I took the plunge into signing up. Apart from celebrities using the G-Plan system I noticed the basis for their method was nutrition, science, and healthy eating instead of restrictive eating. When signing up I took a short online quiz, and found out my metabolic type (fat protein efficient) and helped me understand how I would need to eat in order to fuel my body correctly. I spoke over the phone with my personal consultant from G-Plan named Melissa (who by the way, is fabulous)  took my hip and waist measurements along with my weight.  After that Melissa created a custom meal plan for me that I could easily access on my phone using the G-Plan app. We check in once a week, and its nice to have someone to talk to that is not judgemental and fully understands what you're going through.

The G-Plan system really does work! I am down ten pounds, and my body fat percentage has dropped 4%. I've also lost about four inches from my hips and waist combine, and I've especially noticed it in the way my clothes are fitting. I want to keep sharing my progress with you guys, and I decided to put a before and after picture up. ( I apologize that they're both bathroom mirror selfies)
