Five Easy Ways to Look After Your Skin
Hi Prepsters
With the colder months ahead that can leave your skin dry, I have created a guide for a few simple steps you can take to keep your skin glowing and healthy.
1.
Remove your makeup every night
Since the invention on makeup wipes, removing even the most waterproof products is now easy. When makeup, dirt, and impurities are left on your skin, m it increases the chances of irritation and can cause your skin to age more rapidly.

2.
Moisturize
Moisturizing everyday can reduce the chance of developing extreme dryness or oiliness. Both extremes are harmful for skin and cause common skin conditions like acne. One of my favourite moisturizers for my dry, sensitive skin has been the Dramatically Different Moisturizers by Clinique.

3.
Use Sunscreen Everyday
The main reason you want to wear sun screen everyday of the year is to prevent damage. Your skin can be harmed by constant sun exposure, whether or not you see a burn. Remember, sunburn is an immediate reaction, but damage from the sun occurs over a lifetime so lather up.

4.
Sleep
Getting enough sleep boosts the body’s blood flow to the skin, especially on your face. Skipping out on sleep and your complexion can look drab, ashen, or lifeless.
5.
Eat Vitamin A & E enriched foods
Vitamin A is known to stimulate skin cells to repair them, and keep your skin looking firm.
Vitamin E is a super vitamin for your skin. It can be used to help brighten the skins glow, reduce scaring, and hyper pigmentation.
